What is SCD-Leave?
Your Service Computation Date for Leave (SCD-Leave) determines your annual leave accrual rate. It's found on your SF-50, Block 31. Federal employees accrue leave at 3 tiers: 4 hrs/pay period (under 3 years), 6 hrs (3-14 years), and 8 hrs (15+ years).
